What we collect, and why.

Short version: only what you send us, plus cookieless analytics that can't identify you. No advertising trackers.

What you send us

If you request a Creative Audit, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, brand, website or social handle, category, primary market, creative stage, and anything you tell us about your current creative. We use it to respond to your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics to understand which pages and steps people use. It records page views and named events such as “audit started” — never your name, email, brand or free text. There are no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling and no tracking cookies, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. If analytics is not configured for an environment, nothing is collected at all.

SAGE, our AI assistant

If you choose to talk to SAGE, your voice is processed by our voice provider in order to hold the conversation. SAGE is an AI assistant, not a person, and she is labelled as such. You never have to use her — every route through the site works without it.

Booking

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by our booking provider, which receives the details you enter to create the appointment.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rocco@roccogagiano.com and we'll action it.
